Delivery Program
To Our Neighbors, Customers, and Clients,
We at Harlem Lofts, Inc (HLI) hope you are well at this difficult time. It is nice to see how everyone has come together to help each other in a time of need. In order to best help our community, we at Harlem Lofts have used the tools at our disposal to create a Free Hand Sanitizer Delivery Program for Senior and Disabled neighbors and others who may be unable or advised not to leave their homes during the current health advisory. Through our sister company Harlem Property Management we have been able to secure 900 bottles of hand sanitizer, and will be delivering it in the coming days to our neighbors through our construction firm, Harlem Property Re+Development.
If you know of an individual that may need a 16.9oz bottle of environmentally safe sanitizer, please fill out their information below and we will schedule delivery by calling or emailing them in advance and delivering to their doorstep using protocols approved by the Centers for Disease Control guidelines for COVID-19 . We will wait outside until the recipient picks up the delivery, and will wave from a distance, and will stay at least 25 feet away.
Please reserve your suggestions to those in need who may be unable to go out on their own during this unprecedented time. In order that recipients will be certain that the delivery is legitimately from Harlem Lofts, we will be using our Harlem Property Re+Development truck with the company logo (shown below).
We hope this program will be helpful for the community and our neighbors. We are working diligently, and will be here when the current situation eases to assist Upper Manhattan with real estate needs.
